I’ve come to realize that I do not spend as much time in world anymore. I get a fair share of offline instant messages regarding various customer service issues, most of which, unfortunately, I never get around to answering anymore. Over the next couple of months, I hope to implement some sort of customer service policy for better addressing the needs of my customers. I apologize for any inconveniences. I barely have time to design new clothing let alone customer service.
For the meantime, here are a few pointers:
1. If you purchased an item and cannot find it in your inventory, first try relogging and doing a thorough inventory search before contacting me. Due to the instability of Second Life inventory passes are failing more and more. If you never received an item, please send me a detailed offline IM telling me the full name of the item. I will send you replacement items. Please do not send me a message that says “Help I didn’t receive an item” and leave it at that. Also, if you do not hear back from me in a couple days please send a follow-up offline instant message to remind me. Since, my offline messages get capped I often do not see them when I log in and forget to take care of them.
2. I no longer do customer support for SL Boutique. Yes, I know that I am listed as a contact person on the note card given by the ATM machines, which is sadly out of date. Otherwise, I do not know why your avatar is not linking or where your deposits have gone or why you have not received an item. However, if you purchased an item of mine on SL Boutique and have not received it, please inform me of the purchase and the item name. I will send you a replacement item. For all general SL Boutique customer support questions please contact Commerce Leader in world. In general, I ignore IMs for general SL Boutique support.
3. All of my prim based clothing items are modifiable. Given the diversity of body sizes and shapes in Second Life not all prim wear fits perfectly. I cannot at this time make modifications for you. I am working on writing a short “How to manual” on prim wear modifications.
4. I cannot at this time custom edit clothing pieces. All items are purchases as is.
5. My newer designs are no transfer. Some of my older designs are still transferable. I will not change permissions. If you wish to purchase an item as a gift, please do so through SL Boutique or contact me directly.
6. My policy on refunds is negotiable. The terms depend on the reason for the refund request. I would prefer not to refund on No Transfer items.
7. I do not allow re-sellers to sell my designs for their full profit or a share of the profits so please do not ask. I have explained my position on resellers here.
8. If my vendors are not working in other locations, please visit my main store in Indigo: Deadly Nightshade Design Studio in Indigo.

Your world? People like you just show that you really haven’t a clue. Too bad you are too much of a pussy to not use your real name or your avatar name. Its ok.
