My scales did not fool me last weekend, I ended up losing 5 pounds this week total, which took me past my first weight loss goal, which was to lose 10 pounds, I’ve now lost 11 in the five weeks I have been on Weight Watchers. Today, I made a new goal, which is to lose another 10 pounds and decreased my daily points from 26 to 25, it suggested I go to 24, but I figure I’ve been doing fairly well at 26 and don’t want to dramatically decrease. I did get a warning  message when I entered my weight this morning that losing more than 1-2 pounds per week can be unhealthy. I think it was mostly due to my last round of antibiotics and having to drink gallons of water a day.
